This event is specifically designed for young people, probably from 8 or 9 years of age, but all are welcome. Eric Tyson of the Bristol & District Organists’ Association, a very able organist and good communicator, will lead the session, with one of our own organists, Tricia Rees-Jones, participating. We plan to make it a fun session! And anyone can have a go on the organ. No experience is needed.

 The small and well-maintained organ in Stowey Church is an interesting instrument, capable of producing an amazing range of sounds, some of them very loud and a few, rather rude!

It’s free, refreshments will be provided and of course we have a loo!

 This might well be an opportunity for the aspiring organist of the future….another Anna Lapwood, who manages to fill large concert halls and huge Cathedrals for her performances!
